The IKO Britorch SBS Torch-On Capsheet is torch-applied, polyester-based and coated with an SBS rubber-modified bitumen for added durability. It is also designed for rapid application due to the thermofusible film on the underside that rapidly melts during the torching process.
Available in two different colours, green and black, and incorporating a mineral granule finish that provides UV stability, these capsheets come with a 20-year guarantee*, as standard.
Well suited to both new build and refurbishment projects involving domestic and commercial flat roofing applications, the IKO Britorch SBS Capsheet, when combined with appropriate torch-on underlays, can be incorporated within a new torch-applied built-up roofing system or used to overlay existing bitumen or asphalt roofing.
Measuring 8m x 1m, this capsheet is CE and UKCA-accredited and features a 75mm sacrificial film selvedge for bonding side laps.
*When installed as part of a built-up roof system, and conditions are maintained as per IKO literature, relevant Codes of Practice and UK Building Regulations, the product has a 20-year IKO material guarantee.
