IKO Spectraplan ballasted systems
IKO Spectraplan ballasted systems can be installed over most substrates, including timber and profiled steel.
They can be used as the roofing system for flat roof projects and are suitable for both new builds and refurbishments.
Overlaps in the IKO Spectraplan SM membrane are mechanically fastened by using IKOfix Thermally Broken Washers and IKOfix fixings into the deck. They are then hot air welded.
The systems can include a wide range of finishes, including a variety of ballasts, concrete loading coats, and more.
