They are made up of high-quality rigid plastic attached to a 100mm x 100mm section of polyester-reinforced membrane.
IKO Strike PVC Lightning Conductor Clips should be hot air welded to the surface of IKO Armourplan membrane roofing systems, using standard hot air welding hand tools.
The roof surface should be prepared in accordance with IKO recommendations provided in the installer handbook.
Hot air welding must be completed at 1m centres to secure standard lightning protection tape systems to where they need to be installed over the roof surface.
