IKO PLC has provided 300m² of roofing material for a new build project, Cassington Therapy and Rehabilitation Centre. Situated in West Oxfordshire, the Centre provides physiotherapy and a gymnasium for its patients, and its owners were seeking a ‘no compromise’ waterproofing solution to provide long‐term protection for their roof.
The contractor on a major new housing regeneration scheme has specified IKO’s Permatec hot melt waterproofing system across 2,000m2 of roof and terrace areas.
