Both LI and H are manufactured from modified bitumen, limestone fillers, and specially graded aggregates. These mastic asphalt screeds offer faster curing, long-term durability, and reduced build-up thickness compared to traditional screeds.
Unlike wet concrete-based alternatives, IKO Permascreed contains zero water content. That means no curing delays, lower risk of cracking, and significant on-site water savings, making it a more sustainable choice.
Suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects, IKO Permascreed systems can be used across flat roofs, balconies, walkways, and terraces.
