Detailing is a particularly critical area of a flat roof build-up. It is no exaggeration to say that a poorly waterproofed detail could result in failure of the single ply flat roofing system. While single ply waterproofing membranes offer excellent waterproofing properties, they do not always offer the flexibility required to fit to detailing areas.
