IKO Spectraplan is the only TPE waterproofing membrane to be manufactured in the UK and is produced at our state-of-the-art production facility in Chesterfield. The single ply system blends thermoplastic and elastomeric properties to deliver a roofing solution that is durable and flexible, making it ideal for safe, efficient and flame-free applications.

Superior performance
IKO Spectraplan features a unique formulation that speeds up installation by up to 50% compared to standard systems. Its high polymer content enables welding without the need for harsh cleaners. This makes for simple repairs and it also integrates with bitumen and other IKO waterproofing layers. The TPE waterproofing membranes offer excellent tensile strength, elasticity and resistance to aging and wind uplift, with a welding window of 200°C to 600°C ensuring reliable overlaps.
