Alphington Community Centre is a Grade II Listed Building, dating back to the late nineteenth century, Situated in the heart of the small village after which it is named. Originally built as the Village School, the Building is now used for a variety of activities including a thriving local Pre-School.

Ysgol Greenhill School is a secondary school in the coastal town of Tenby, Pembrokeshire. With approximately 1200 pupils on roll, it is one of the largest secondary schools in Wales. The roofs identified were suffering from several problems making refurbishment a high priority.

The historic Bletchley Park flat roof blocks A, B, and E required re-roofing and upgrading with insulation. The design brief was to de-chip and overlay the roofs, thus minimising disturbance to the substrate.
