IKO Roofstar Plus offers enhanced flexibility and laying qualities. The polymer-modified formulation offers a number of additional benefits, such as long-term durability, increased fatigue resistance and improved temperature stability.
IKO Roofstar Plus complies with BS EN 12970:2000 – mastic asphalt for waterproofing. IKO Roofstar Plus can be applied to form a continuous waterproof covering over flat, sloped, or curved surfaces.
It can be worked around pipes, roof lights and other projections to provide a completely seam free membrane. It is suitable for insulated warm roofs, uninsulated cold roofs, and inverted/green roof configurations.
