The IKO TGX Torch-On SBS Underlay is a fully bonded, torch-applied, glass fibre reinforced, and SBS modified bitumen underlay. It has an upper surface finish of sand and a thermo-fusible film on the underside.
IKO TGX Torch-On SBS Underlay, combined with the IKO TGX Torch-On SBS Capsheet, can be used to provide built-up flat roofing solutions in both domestic and commercial situations.
When installed as a complete built-up roof system, and conditions are maintained as per IKO literature, relevant Codes of Practice and UK Building Regulations, the TGX system has a 10-year IKO material guarantee.
