IKO Permatec Anti-root Inverted Roof System
When using our new IKO Permatec LI waterproofing membrane, this system achieves over 50% lower embodied carbon compared to our standard IKO Permatec system.
The IKO Permatec anti-root inverted roof system is tailored for seamless integration with our range of IKO Elements systems. This includes our green, bio solar/biodiverse, solar PV, and blue roofing configurations.
This system offers unparalleled versatility and performance. We are the only manufacturer to produce a hot melt compound with integral root protection, so there is no requirement for a separate root barrier capsheet.
In addition, exposed detailing can be made UV stable through the application of the IKO ULTRA Life 30 Capsheet.
There is also the option to use our IKO Roofgarden SBS 4 AD/F Capsheet as an access protection layer on top of the Permatec compound to deliver the anti-root properties.
