Market Harborough – IKO Pacopatch

A failed manhole near a residential area in Market Harborough needed to be reinstated. Leicestershire County Council required a long-lasting road ironwork reinstatement solution that could be installed right first time.

Marks & Spencer, Matlock – IKO Permapark

Approached by Caces Consulting to provide a solution to strip and replace failed asphalt coverings. The store was having a full refurbishment by Marks and Spencer as it had recently had a change of ownership.

National Grid HQ Car Park, Warwick – IKO Permapark

The National Grid required a solution to a long-standing problem. The main car park at their HQ in Warwick had been leaking for a number of years. Various systems had been employed to tackle this issue; however, all had failed.

Plot 700 Winnersh Triangle – IKO Permaphalt

This project was a new build, where the main contractor specified the need to house a roof/plant room area at the top of a new office block. This required a robust, waterproof roofing solution.

Round Tower, Portsmouth – IKO Permaphalt

The Round Tower (dating back to the 1400’s) is a fortification at the entrance to Portsmouth harbour. A Grade I listed building that sits (actually overhangs) the Portsmouth sea front and is susceptible to all types of coastal weather.

Royal Hotel, Lancaster – IKO Permapark

Phase 1 of the car park installation was above the popular ballroom which is a highly sensitive area due to the number of functions that are held throughout the year. The ballroom also consists of a number of very large chandeliers which are fixed to large metal plates above the ceiling directly below the installation area.

Sainsbury Car Park, Orpington, South London – IKO Permapark

IKO Permapark has been used to refurbish a 4,000 sq m Sainsbury’s car park in Orpington, South London, which has offset more than 60 tonnes of CO2 emissions.

St Paul’s Cathedral, London – IKO Permaphalt

Sussex Asphalte renewed the asphalt to St Paul’s Cathedral Stone Gallery replacing asphalt laid in 1906 (416m2). At 53m the Gallery’s exposure to the elements and surface deterioration caused water ingress damaging artwork inside the Dome.
