Hurst Castle, situated in the Solent, originated in the 15th century and has undergone many additions and alterations up to its last defensive role in WW2. Over 5000m2 of Mastic Asphalt roofing was scheduled by English Heritage/Historic England for an extensive overhaul.

Coalhouse Fort is an artillery fort in the eastern English county of Essex. It was built in the 1860s to guard the lower Thames from seaborne attack. It stands at Coalhouse Point on the north bank of the river, at a location near East Tilbury that was vulnerable to raiders and invaders.

The A55 North Wales from Chester to Caernarvon is a very busy trunk road, which takes a constant stream of heavy goods vehicles to and from the sea port of Holyhead, as well as local and industrial traffic. At weekends and during the summer months, the A55 also carries a considerable amount of holiday traffic making for the Welsh coast.
