Chalford Hill, Stroud

Chalford Hill School, originally called The British School, was built in 1874. It stands on the top of the hill with views out to the surrounding hills and valleys. The school is built from Cotswold stone, which is the local building material.

NHDC Office in Letchworth Garden City was an old courtyard style building with buildings on 4 sides covered with a metal roofing system laid to a low pitch and suffering from water ingress. The project involved a major refurbishment of a 1970s office block to enable council services to be brought in from scattered locations in to single occupancy.

Hull College School of Art & Design, one of the largest further and higher education colleges in the country, has gone into refurbishment to give the building a fresh and modern look.

The Clowance Estate is an all-year-round luxury holiday accommodation based in Cornwall. Recently, the estate decided to include a tree house in their holiday complex which is situated in a forest location and looks over a lake.
