IKO Armourplan and IKO Spectraplan roofing membranes are independently tested and accredited by the British Board of Agreement (BBA); and have a service life in excess of 30 years. However, if correctly maintained, a longer life span is expected and IKO have existing Armourplan roofs over 40 years old that are still in service.
